At the heart of this picturesque landscape lies Twenty Ninth Street, positioned along Highway 36 between Arapahoe and Pearl Street, near Downtown Boulder. The festival showcases a variety of local and national artists, as well as skilled crafters, all presenting their handcrafted creations in a stunning outdoor setting.
